I’m Miki, your Performance and Life Optimsation (aka EXPANSION) coach.

I bring a calming effect into what might feel like a chaotic daily life of juggling ALL the things whilst you pursue your big goals, whether that's growing your business, transitioning your career, re-balancing your priorities, or evolving to that next-level version of you and your life.

I help you expand your reality without feeling like you’re just adding more to your to-do list or running out of time.

Although you may hold many identities (business owner, professional, partner, mother, daughter, sister, friend, etc.), you are ONE person and have ONE precious life.

My award-nominated whole-person approach combines mindset coaching, based in neuroscience, positive psychology and holistic therapies, and performance mentoring, based on proven business, performance and time-management strategies. 

It’s an approach that I’ve developed through:

-15+ years in HR combining people and business strategy in some of the biggest global companies.

-Having a multi-cultural, multi-country background which allows me to understand people beyond their superficial identities and to see and nurture their core identities. 

-Formal qualifications (degree and certifications) involving extensive training in psychology, brain science, human performance, life coaching, somatic and holistic therapies.

-7+ years of coaching impact-driven clients and having a consistently profitable and growing business.
